I had problems with both my furnace and gas fireplace which Rakesh was able to resolve by cleaning and adjustments and without the need to replace any parts.

My furnace ignitor was no longer working. Called Rakesh at around 3:15pm in the afternoon. He was very helpful over the phone, patient and listened to the problems I was describing about my furnace. He was available same day and came over at 7:00pm in the evening. He quickly replaced the ignitor with an OEM ignitor (not a universal ignitor which a previous technician did, which failed after 2 years), also cleaned my burners and checked over the furnace for me, and helped advise some things for my safety at no additional cost. Rakesh recently installed a humidifier and Ecobee thermostat in my home and I'm very happy with his service. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with.
